As part of HUD’s Energy Innovation Fund program, Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) developed a benchmarking and audit tool called the “EZ Retrofit Tool” – a free tool that gives property owners and operators the ability to identify a range of energy and water efficiency measures. This webinar provided an overview of the EZ Retrofit tool, a demonstration and discussion from an owner and an engineer who have used the tool.
