About the Presenters

Janet Viveiros is acting director of research at NHC. Janet’s research interests center on the connection between affordable housing and education, health and economic self-sufficiency outcomes. Janet has co-authored several of NHC’s annual reports, “Housing Landscape” and “Paycheck to Paycheck,” that document affordable housing needs.

Kaitlyn Snyder is a policy associate at NHC, where she works and communicates with administration officials and congressional staff on affordable housing policy issues. She writes and produces NHC policy materials including regulatory comments, coalition statements, blog posts, publications and the Restoring Neighborhoods weekly emails.
