Biography:

Amanda Mitchell joined NHC as director of operations in May 2018. Previously, Amanda worked as a new home sales consultant with a national homebuilder at its Nevada and Washington, D.C., locations.  Prior to this role, Amanda worked for a nonprofit in Las Vegas as an event manager and fundraiser.  Amanda has roots in affordable housing, serving as senior deputy director of Fannie Mae’s Nevada Partnership office for four years, as well as working for Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C., for 12 years.  She also spent time while in Nevada working as the membership director for the Nevada Subcontractors Association.

Personal Note:

Amanda enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, hanging out with her two dogs and attending concerts at many of the great venues in the Washington, D.C. area.
