Antoinette joined NHC as director of marketing and communications in January 2019 and brings over 13 years of extensive communications experience from marketing engagement to project management. She has broad expertise in branding, marketing, social media, book marketing and implementing integrated communications plans. Her experience also include management positions for entrepreneurs, start-up communications & PR agencies, local government and government contracting companies.
Most recently, she served as a senior program and project manager at the Department of Justice (DOJ), where she oversaw payment communications for the 9/11 Victims Fund. Prior to joining DOJ, Antoinette served as a senior project manager and marketing & communications strategist at NeighborWorks America, where she was the lead publisher and marketer of the book, “NeighborWorks Works.” Antoinette led project based strategic communications and book marketing messaging counsel to NeighborWorks America 250-member networks. She also provided high-level communications support to leadership for overall visibility, branding alignment and messaging. She has also held management positions at Total Communications Boutik, Nucore Vision Inc. and the International Life Sciences Institute.
Antoinette holds a bachelor’s in psychology from George Mason University and a Master of Business Administration, with a marketing focus from the University of Phoenix. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
